From humble beginnings of just 5 employees, The Health Food Company has grown to a staff compliment of over 55 highly skilled bakers & confectioners with a capacity to produce large volumes of baked health products. Seeing a need in the market for affordable and healthy baked products, The Health Food Company expanded to include Rye based breads, Gluten Free breads and confectionery and Low Carb products to its range.
